IDEDICATION ABOUT Ann Arbor High School one is likely to ob- serve a very active mang popping here and there, he gets things done one after the other. Though always heading up some committee or directing some compli- cated project, he is never too busy to be accommodat- ing. Here in C-7 we're especially attached to him be- cause of his former association with the Omega: he was its sponsor for almost a generation. As head of the English department he has taught everything from public speaking to business English and from Chaucer to what-is-the-predicate-verb. Although he seldom mentions the fact, he saw active service in World War I, spending two years overseas. In his halcyon college days he had previously made the trip to Europe on a cattle boat. His intellectual curiosity has made him an insatiable reader-just try to find a book he hasn't read-while his surplus energy finds an outlet in ca- noeing, gardening and painting, all with gusto. So it is with appropriate enthusiasm that we, the Staif, dedicate the 1942 Omega to- MR. ROBERT GRANVILLE
