TO 1980 - AND A NEW ERA The late seventies saw the Anita Jr.-Sr. High School move from the 1913 3-story building to a modern, single-level high school. Even after the 1913 school is gone, the memory of it will linger in the minds of any- one who went there. (Pic 4) Styles in the seventies became freer. (Pic 3) Front row: Katrina Christensen, wearing jeans, a chambray shirt, and down vest; Sue Bailey, wearing a below-the- knee skirt and a sweater. Back row: Clint Spry, wearing jeans and T-shirt; Karla Larsen, wear- ing dress pants and shirt and a knee-length sweater coat; Mitch Cullen in a velour shirt and jeans. Generally hair was worn in the style that worked best with the hair but a curly or feathered look was what prevailed. Pic 1: Danny Pollock - Class of '81. Pic 2: Janet Jessen - Class of '81. 4
