Career strategist Dr. Adele M. Scheele visited ASU during Home- coming Week and said getting over fear is the most significant thing that can happen to a person. Dr. Scheele spoke to an audience of about 75 people in the UC Ballroom. The lecture was sponsored by the UCPC Speakers Committee and was called Life After College tMaking College Paylf' The people who are afraid are stopped by their fears, Scheele said, adding that it is important not to be afraid to meet people. She said people are either sustain- ers or achievers. Sustainers do their jobs well but quietly, doing what they're told and nothing more. Achievers take stock of their abili- ties, are resourceful and self-motivat- ing.
