Students Plcin After-Game Dances This fall, the Student Asso- ciation planned dances to fol- low all home football games. At the suggestion of the student body, three types of dances were scheduled. There were rock dances, soul dances and western dances. Nlost of the dances were held in the Uni- versity Center Ballroom. Students dance to music by the Drifters after the Tarleton game fupper rightj. The? University Lakehouse is the site of a soul dance flower lefty. A rock dance fea-2 turing Eagle brings crowds to the ballroom flower centerj.

Homecoming: 'BelIs', Bonfire, Foofboll Homecoming week opened with a performance by The Bells at the city auditorium. The University Center Program Council planned the concert. Other homecoming activities included the annual student- faculty football game. Again this year, the students crushed the faculty for an easy win. Also this year, a Sadie Haw- kins night was held at the Uni- versity Center. Nlovies, a dance and games were provided at the event. The annual bonfire was held on Friday night of homecoming week. Freshmen sponsored the bonfire and the homecoming game pep rally took place there. Jackie.Ralphe and Cliff Edwards, The Bells , entertain the audience with their re- cent hit Stay Awhile Aqupperj. Accompanists for the Bells add to the audience appeal flower left and righty. 1
