Decorations, parties, and gifts aid- ed in making the Christmas season at ASU a joyous one. Each of the dorms had at least one tree along with the traditional Christmas dec- orations. Parties were also held in each of the dorms, with exchange of gifts among some of the students. Climaxing Christmas season on campus was the annual Mistletoe Ball. ASU students danced to the music provided by Soul Agents, a band from Lubbock. The ultra-semi- formal event was held on December 5, 1970, in ASU's Food Service Cen- ter. The University Program Coun- cil, headed by Jack Srader, provided the decorations for the fete.
