Mn. A. A. SMITH holds the distinction of being the first business manager at San An gelo College. This office requires many varied duties,including those of housing manager for the Housing Project. Mr. Smith received the B.A. and M.A. degrees from North Texas State Teachers College. He is chairman of the Math ernatics Department. V As director of public relations, Mn. HAROLD M. BARNES acts as a special representative of the president to promote and operate the prol- gram of public relations for the college. Mr. Barnes is in charge of publicity and advertis- ing. He graduated from the University of Chi- cago with a B.B. degree in English.
