P. E. SMITH Dean of Students .Dean P. E. Smith, who has been at San Angelo College for six years, is academic dean as well. as dean of student life. As academic dean he is in charge of correlating and supervising the program of studies of the college and of counseling with students re- garding their scholastic problems. As dean of student life he Works with campus clubs and organizations. including the student govern- ment. He received his B.A. degree from South- Western University and his M.A. degree from the University of Texas. HAROLD F. BRIGHT Registrar and Director of Guidance Mr. Harold F. Bright is registrar and director ot guidance of the college. As director of guidance, he advises students about tftleir vocational choices. Mr. Bright assists in solic- iting prospective students from the high school graduates in the surrounding communities. He received the B.A. degree from Lake Forest College and the M.S. degree from the Univrsity of Rochester. He teaches in the. Math- ematics Department. .
