FIFTH GRADE The opening of school in September found twenty-nite children rezrcly for enrollment in the fifth grade-twelve boys and seventeen girls. Five uf this number were entering Angelica Central for the first time. They were Edward Blish from Wayland Central. Mary Ann Welton from Dans-A 'ville Central. Wrexie Balcom from Andover Central, Mary Palmer from Olmstedville Central. and Judith Sutter from St. Mary's in Olean. In Oc- Lober Marilyn Magee came from Dalton Central School. Twenty of us joined Varsity A. All of us joined the Junior Red Crorfs. This vear our grade contributed the l'rfref't Ll.YTl'Ll'7t to this or- ganization oftany of the grades. We also packed two gift boxes. Eleven of our grade took instrumental music lessons from Mr. Enos. We had parties on Hallowe'en, Christmas. and St. Valentine's Day.
