SOCIETY'S ACTIVITIES 7 I The Sunshine Society started the 1956-57 year with the initiation of new members. The society was happy to record the greatest number of members in its history ' with 51. Twenty members made the journey to Ossian for the Sunshine Society District Convention and to Rensselaer for the 1957 state convention. The Sunshine Society has worked on several projects during the year, some to raise money and others to spread cheer. A few of the projects include selling candyg preparing a Thanksgiving program for the school and for the Methodist Memorial Home at Warreng send- ing sick cards, taking a blanket collection to be added Marilyn Wallace ..........
