i Every year, as seasons corne ami pass We set mrt to give the yearbook more class, To pick oat a theme is a major chore Keeps the whole thing from being a bore. A record on fi Im, of a school and a year In the lives' of everyone who comes here (Sounds like it's easy, but believe me it's not) By the end of a year our nerves are all shot. That's what a yearbook is supposed to be So we made the whole thing like a movie. We had our meetings to decide on a script Then we had our actors to pick, Documentaryr of a School is what we chose Everyone showed up for their screen test pose. The Stars of this show, are the seniors of course. While the Juniors are learning to be a great force The sophomores, alas, well what can one say . . . Time will pass, they'll have their day. The school comes first in the pages that follou And. lest the whole thing seem rather hollow, Pictures of pretty girls, our school queen Makes some pages like a Playboy scene . . . Then Academics will make the scene, The reason, of course, for all of us being Here in these halls . . . only time will tell Whether or not we succeed . . . learned our lesson well. Next, Fine Arts . . . after all, the world is a stage And we all learn to play our parts, with the wisdom of age And Clubs. a fine way to learn, How to get along . . . which way to turn. Features and Sports, most important parts Of being young, and having fun . . . great arts. It is hard to believe the final scene has taken place The stage is empty and the stars have left, but in any case It has helped for the production of stars in the roler ttife II liether their part be astronaut, social worke tousinessman. or wife
