These boys have not only enioyed many activities this year, but have also been of great service around campus. They delivered the baskets of food during the annual Jack Emery Can Drive, helped out with the seating of students at games and rallies, gave forty dollars to the wrestling team, and also twenty dollars to the track team. During basketball season they spon- sored after game dances for all home games. Once again Hill students were able to buy candy apples from the Block H and to watch or participate in the Greased Pig Race held this year during the Ayer track meet. Block H president, Dennis Ford has lust sold a candy apple to Butch Bramblett la very hungry studentl durin their an I 9 nual Candy Apple Sale.

UST ADD WATER A D TIR President of the Future Homemakers is Rose Wehinger, a deserving senior. She received the highest score on the test given senior girls in the 1963 Betty Crocker's search for Amer- ica's Homemaker of Tomorrow. 58 Carolyn Nevels, Barbara Mancino, Rose Wehinger, and Mrs. Davenport. ' Many girls taking homemaking this year were prominent members of the new but active club, Fu- ture Homemakers of America. This organization helps the girls put to use some of the things they have learned in homemaking. Very popular on cam- pus was a cookie sale featuring homemade cookies. They have achieved many goals this year and are particularly proud of two of them. On Halloween Day this group collected 5240 dollars for the United Nations Children's Fund. Then along with eighteen other F.H.A. chapters in the area, they adopted an eight year old Korean girl. Each chapter paid STO dollars for one month. A very successful year was proclaimed by F.H.A. Kitchen duties are being performed by: from left to right: Virginia Harding, secretary, Carolyn Nevils, treasurer, and Barbara Mancino vice president.
