Once a student is nominated by a faculty member, a group of our faculty then makes a thorough check ot the student's grades, character, and leader- ship. Among other requirements the student must have a B average and have been going to Hill for at least one semester prior to the nom- ination. Last year, though we had more students on campus, there were only ten Fleu de lis mem- bers as compared to twenty six this year. This year a group of five students was chosen from the club to represent the country of Upper Volta at a United Nations festival in Berk- eley, California. Looking for Upper Volta are: Leon Po- teet, Pat Morrissey, and the advisor, Mr. Alexander.
