Karen's work assisted the manager as to when and how much new merchandise to order. Bill Cecil, who tavored the outdoors, took a iob with a Baltimore construction com- pany. By landing a iob at Westinghouse that incorporates being indoors with handicratt, Rick Rollette touncl a perma- nent position and set himselt up tor lite. sick earned great pay with many bene- its. Karen, Bill, and Rick tound Jobs through VEP. They telt that the on-the- iob know-how gained through these opportunities prepared them to take on the world as adults.
