AT meeTings held every oTher Wednesday, approximaTely 20 acTive members also supporTed The club by painTing signs Tor The diTTerenT sporTs, and on game days They sponsored and rode pep buses To The games. When aslced The purpose oT Ecology Club, Joyce Emge, presidenT, replied, To encourage The conservaTion oT our naTural resources by cleaning up liTTered areas, and collecTing and recycling boT- Tles and papers. They carried ouT Their purpose wiTh a Tew oT The year's acTivi- Ties including monThly boTTle drives and clean-up around The school and spending a weekend aT ArlingTon Echo where They planTed Trees and shrubs - a big con- servaTion proiecT.
