Alice Barnhart leaves her athletic ability to Jean Rifenburg. Donna Barnhart leaves her art creative ability to anyone who can tackle it. Anne Church leaves her sense of humor and her corny jokes to Ellen Joyce so she can carry on the sixth period study hall tradition. Carol Clark leaves her quietness to the sophomore class. John Common leaves 20 inches of his height to Gary Burdick. Bob Conde leaves his probing questions to Neal Storms. Claudette Corwin leaves her “last minute rush to Lois Reil. David Dannhein leaves his diet plan to Bruce Vickers. Joyce Day leaves her headache as Yearbook Editor to the unfortunate person who gets the job next year. Edgar Hoagland leaves his Saturday nights to Eddie Greene. Dick Lewis leaves his senior driver’s license to those junior boys who need it. Bob McClure leaves his bagpipes and kilt to Coach Stackwick to play at the next basketball game. Charles Manroe leaves his pens and pencils to Vic Burch so he won’t have to borrow them anymore. Jim Mulholland leaves his girlfriends to Lloyd Hollenbeck. Cordelia O’Dell leaves her laugh to Carol LeFever. Gerald Padden leaves his ambition to Glenn Thorp. Alberta Phelps leaves her ability to stay with one boy to Dianne Wittie. Carol Ryan leaves her Saturday nights at the Skating Rink to Judy Brundage. Bob Sackett leaves his Wednesdays to anyone who wants to go fishing. Bill Shawl leaves his wrestling ability to Hugh Church. Joan Sootheran leaves her driving ability to anyone with lots of collision insurance. Bob Winchell leaves his ability to get along with everyone to Merton Wright. Roger Winchell left I To Coach Atwell, we leave a girl’s wrestling squad so his team can win some matches. To Miss Ball, we leave a package of chocolate chips and nuts to replace those we ate during junior play practice. To Mr. Bronson, we leave some tranquillizing pills for next year’s school fair ordeaL To Mr. Canale, we leave an eighth day in the week to music lessons. To Mr. Carmody, we leave a water pump to pump the water from his cellar during those spring floods. To Miss Clair, we leave a bottle of peroxide. We missed your streaked bangs this year! To Mrs. Conde, we leave a wagon to carry her English material around in. To Mr. Gibbs, we give back all the college catalogs we have borrowed from him these past four years. To Mrs. Greene, we leave an electronic speedometer eye so she can watch her speeding. To Mr. Jones, we leave a can of soup to remember his Wednesdays at A.C.S. To Miss Joyce, we leave an automatic robot to lead her students to the library. To Mr. MoCrea, we leave a years supply of scrapwood so he can save money and not have to bother the agriculture department. To Mr. MoCreight, we leave a still and a shot glass to test the psychological effects of alcohol. To Jim and John, we leave some extra help for cleaning those extra rooms. To Mr. Kessler, we leave a life jacket so he won’t drown if he falls in the new swimming pooL To Miss Scheeder, we leave a ruler to replace those broken while trying to control her English classes.

To Mr. Sears, we leave a welcome card to a lonely hearts club. To Coach Stackwick, we leave some newYankie rooters to take the place of Judie Baker and Cordelia O’Dell. To Miss Taylor, we leave a motor scooter for her morning and afternoon rounds. To Mr. Williams, we leave a two-fingered, push-button typewriter. To Mrs. Wesche, we leave two years supply of pest insect spray to use on the seniors who stray to her new homeroom next year. To Mrs. Woodruff, we leave a pair of scissors to censor the Hi Herald gossip articles. CLASS PROPHECY Good morning everyone, this is Robert WincheU’s column with the latest gossip and my nominations for the outstanding people of 1979 in the world. First there’s Dr. Joan Sootheran, of the Mayard Clinic which was brought to national fame when P resident John Common of Sankana died of a heart attack during treatment. There’s also J ames Mulholland, mortician, who performed the autopsy after Joyce Day, the only female nurse imployed in this clinic, discovered the dead president. Robert Sackett, who lectures on physique and athletic training conditions throughout the world, is now with his assistant, Alice “Duke” Sniderhart who also gives lectures and demonstrations. Miss Claudette Corwin, English professor, has given up her position at Utopia University to revise the novel, “Ogden Nashery’s Golden Trashery . Bob Conde, scientist and engineer is using his recently patented 36 hour day to perfect a new fuel for souped up rockets which are being tested by the former Indianapolis racer, Bill ShawL Richard Lewis andCharlesManroe, thenations best farmers and raisers of asparagus and “swineese” (half pig-half goose) are dedicating the profits of this year’s crop to Anne Church, home research economist, who,discovered the “oodle-doodle bug” in their kitchen. “Love em and leave em” Hoagland is in the process of obtaining his 24th divorce and is currently squiring film star Donna Mansefieldhart. Republican Senator Judie Baker from Mississippi is fighting in Congress for the passage of her bill which would make high school and college athletes exempt from classes and examinations. Bob McClure, bag-piper to Mary Queen of Scots, has recently written the best seller of the non fiction “Scotchmen: What They Wear Under Their Kilts”. Karol Ryan, U. S. Navy Sergeant, has recruited more than 200 enlistees this year, all men! Cordelia O’Dell has replaced Ann Sothern as Peter Sands private secretary and is waiting for that phone call from Elvis. Dave Dannheim has replaced Jon Whitcomb as the most famous commercial artist and drawing the young married set, namely Genny Barnhart and Bertie Rifenburg, in their million dollar Florida homes. Carol Clark, owner-manager of the “22” Club in Long Beach is currently featuring top flight entertainment in the field of music. Gerry Padden, manager of 32 MarketBasketStores.has recently acquired stock in the new Universe T ravel Club” to begin his chain stores on the moon. W ell, this is all my news for today. I have a dinner engagement with some of these people who want to get their names in my column again.
