Homecoming Reveals Many Worlds of AC After weeks of work and anxious waiting, the students, alumni and other campus guests, wit¬ nessed the crowning of the Homecoming Queen. All of the social clubs worked long hours to con¬ struct floats for the parade. First place honors went to the Booster Club. Faculty members, donned in white aprons, served the traditional outdoor noon meal. The Speech Department presented “Peg O’ My Heart” in the Women’s Gym. The play was the second highest money making, non-musical play performed by Ander¬ son College. The Freshman Class continued the tradition of lighting the campus by lining the sidewalks with illuminarios. AC band leads the parade. It started at the Athletic Park, The cast of the Homecoming play —“Peg O’ My Heart”: Standing —Merle Strege, Linda Salisbury, John Blevins, Marsha Friermood.
