Through classroom, eXtra-curric- ular activity, and personal ex- periences each student became familiar With the many facets of citizenship. Civics classes ac- quainted teen-agers with the workings of democracy both on national and local levels. Inter- national problems became more personal as tvvo foreign exchange students attended AHS.
