Culture key to discovery Realizing that a complete appreciation of the arts can lead to a greater aesthetic and academic understanding, Anderson High School offered its students diverse courses which stimulated their interests in music, art and the history of global cultures. Many students chose to participate in drama classes and stage productions while others discovered and delved into the many worlds of classical and modern literature made available to them in the 11,000 volume high school library. Music and art history and appreciation courses sup- plemented by musical participation classes allowed young minds an opportunity to appreciate their sur- rounding world. Study brings cultural insight to a boy and girl.
