7 Hello Friends, I would like to accompany you throughout your journey through the pages of this book. We hope that in days to come this book will grow in increased valu'e and that years from now you will look through its pages and recall various experiences in high school. I am sure many of your experiences will have been forgotten but you will soon be made alive I hope by the sight of an old friend's face. The annual staff sincerely hopes that the 1954 Yellow jacket will help you relive your high school days, for this year has been one we shall never forget, and when memories become a vague whisper, we can turn these pages with a wishful smile and reminisce together. We also hope that it will bind you closer to your present friends, that they may not be forgotten by you.
