Special Olympics Participants Excel Anderson County Special Olym- pics attended the Area 8 Regional Track and Field Special Olympics on April 18 in Cynthiana. The stu- dents took home many ribbons. em, Freshman Lisa Edington repre- sented Anderson County on March 15 in the swimming event that was held in Lexington. She won first place in both events that she entered: 50m breaststroke and 4 the 50m freestyle.
