The class, as a group, leaves its good times and ability to get along with the teachers to the juniors, hoping their year as seniors will be as enjoyable as ours. Leah Schneider wills her ability to catch and hold a man to Darlene Dodd and her ability to handle everyone else's money to Jerry Hendrickson, Frank Rosaia wills his ability to talk constantly and say nothing to Gordon Morris and his height to Betty Johnson. John Bruce wills his quiet, dignified manner to Gary Onstot and his ability to keep one woman happy to Bob Alexander. Lonny Eller wills his car to anyone else who likes to walk and his school sweater to Billy because he wears it all the time anyway. Donna Combs leaves her job of punching lunch tickets to Dale Lohman to give him something to punch besides Frank and her ability to look innocent whenever neces- sary to Clyde Boggan.

enum Wchtoeq September 4th, 1951, six students entered high school as scared, green fresh- men. The members of the class were Donna Combs, Leah Schneider, Tom Vantrease, Lonny Eller, Dick Scheibe and Dwayne Hamilton. The boys played basketball, and Tom took an active part in boxing. Donna was elected one of the three yell-queens for basketball. The two girls took part in the senior class play. Our class advisor was Mrs. Taplin and class officers were: President, Dickg Vice President, Donna, Secretary, Leah. School in 1952 found us with a new member of the sophomore class, Tom Ste- wart. The freshmen that year were royally initiated. The boys took part in both basketball and boxing and Donna was elected yell-queen for basketball. Leah and Donna took part in the junior class play. Our class advisor was Mr. Bell and class officers were: President, Donna, Vice President, Dick, Secretary, Leah. At the beginning of the year 1953, we had lost a student, Tom Stewart. Shortly after the first six weeks we gained a new fellow classmate, John Bruce. At the begirming of the second semester we gained another new member, Frank Rosaia. The members of the junior class took active parts in the junior and senior class plays. The boys played basketball and Leah was elected yell-queen. Tom and Dwayne dropped out of school the last semester and we were sorry to see them go. Our class advisor was Mr. Meneely and class officers were: President, Tom Vice President, Donna, Secretary, Dick. There were six students to begin our senior year, all very proud and sometimes doubtful as to what the future held for us but determined to conquer and climb tho' the rocks be rugged. The students were: Leah Schneider, Donna Combs, John Bruce, Dick Scheibe, Lonny Eller and Frank Rosaia. At the end of the first semester we lost Dick on account of a leg injury and this was a great loss to all of A. H. S. The boys and girls of the senior class took active parts in the junior and senior class plays. Our advisor was Mr. Meneely and class officers were: President, Donnag Vice President, Johng Secretary, Leah.
