Many new records on American Ballads and Shakespearean Drama were bought this year. The English Helps were revised and spelling was added. Several teachers served on Mr. Bellls Literature Committee. Kolb-no picture Memloers ot the sewing classes presented a tashion show tor the P.T.A., with the cooking classes acting as hostesses and providing retreshrnents. A tea also was given tor army otticers. Mrs. Julia Lehman Gertrude C. Owens, Chairman Lucy Mulloy A new iournalism project was begun by the French classes.
