MORE HDMEWOBK, SECOND FLOHR CLASSES AND BEING IN THE Every year teachers seem to expect more of you and give you more homework quizzes and tests and eighth grade proved to be no exception- they really poured it on!! One advantage of eighth grade was being on the sec- ond floorg it seemed to make such a big differnece just go- ing up twenty- one stairs. All of a sudden we were more ma- ture, more capable and also . . . . more tired!!! We did get kind of paranoid at times though-it seemed we were always stuck in the mid- dle. We had more priviledges MIDDLE An eighth graders opinion At least we we re not the youngest class anymore l EIGHTH GRADE than seventh graders BUT not as many as ninth graders. We were dismissed second, were the second to be called down to assemblies and got the sec- ond choice seats on the bus. We were .... always IN THE MIDDLE! Mary Jo Tonnies and Michelle Blow- ers, when captured for posterity seemed awfully happy to be out ot study hall and FREE . . at least for a few minutes!! 50 Barbara Gretka and Tara Courtney are always together as you can see! Between classes is always a good time to see all of your friends. With our new schedule of only three minutes between classes, there was not as much time as last year but when there's a will, there's a way !
