Heod Honcho Amory High School Dond 1983 1984 The Amory High School Dond was 160 members srrong rhis year We were proud of our new uniforms rhis yeor; rhey gave rhe bond o new loots. They were block and gold, rrimmed in red ond white The ouxilory also hod new uniforms rhis year We hod some preschool bond rehearsals in order ro ger reody for rhe coming football season Ir was real hod We performed or oil of rhe football gomes ond gave concerrs for parents ond friends. The auxiliary units did a superb job rhis year After football season we hod tryouts for Symphonic and Concert bonds The Jozz bond was very fine rhis year also For our fund roising project this year we sold cookies, cheeses, sausages, ond spices We did very well with ir. The bond morched in two Chrisrmos parades, Tupelo ond Amory We also traveled ro rhe Stare Dond Festival ot Hinds Junior College in April The Drum Major for rhis year wos Shellie Wright We hod a fine year overall 14 Dond
