On November 16, the class of '57 presented the never-to-be-forgotten play 'l'imc Out for Ginger. ,lon Hillen, as a typical father, stirs family and town into utter confusion when he blames the educational system for in- fringing upon the youngsters' dignity as human beings. Because of this, father is forced to allow his youngest daughter Ginger tMarion Boynj to play on the football tt-am. He is confronted by his boss tDon Beckwithj who states that unless he curbs these actions he will lose his job. The high school principal tAngelo Gorgonel maier. threatens to have Ginger expelled. His wife tllflaryanne Moriscol guides him through his trials and tribulations. Always adding her two cents is the maid LBQ-tty Neilsonj. Howard's two older daughters are: Jeanie, tMargie Feherl the career girl with the lead in the School Playg Joan, thc typical school girl tRuth Walshj who has that track star Eddie Davis tliichard lluchmaicrl wrapped around her finger. The stage crew, under the direction of Mr. Teeter, is kept busy with the various jobs created by extra-curricular and school activities. This year's group consists of both boys and girls. The jobs of the stage crew are many, among them are preparation of the stage for school assemblies, operation of the public address system, and the control of all stage lighting. This year the members also painted scenery and sets for the Sen- ior Play and the Dramatics Opportunity Tournament. Another important job is to supply lighting for the concerts given by the Civic Music Association, for Sports Night, the Junior Prom, and the Senior Ball. The teachers and students of Amity High are very grateful to the stage crew, for they help to make each program pres- entation a success.
