Prophecy up the career of bullfighting. Meenie, and No Moe, Mr. Harmon, Senior sponsor of 1951, recently made a trip to the moon where he talked to Madame Zwiskii, the famed fortune teller. She gazed into her magic fish bowl and the first persons to come into view was the DeAllen family of the Barnum and Bailey Circus. Darlene Allen and Leslie DeWeese were married secret- ly at the 1950 Americus Carnival and have been doing high trapeze work ever since. As the mist clears, she sees a hermit in the jungles of Africa. To Harmon’s surprise, he finds it is Gary Jensen who visits Americus only every September to court the new Freshman girls back at Americus High School. He has never found one that his pet crocodile. Gooptrude, cares for. Now, we move to Mexico City where a bullfight is taking place starring the former Donna Brasier, famed matador. She fcave up playing for boys’ glee club to take She now supports her husband, David, and her triplet sons, Eenie, Charlie Bass, now President of the United States, has just finished his famous Sleepyhollow Speech. The shaking of hands tired him so greatly that he followed the tradition of several presidents, and took a three week's cruise on his yacht, Snoozeburg, on the Potomac. As she looks again into her bowl, she sees Professor Barbara Adkins, Ph.D., better known to you as Barbara Goodell. For the past ten years she has been teaching Constitution at Harvard College. She spends her evenings helping Mr. Gordon, her former Constitution teacher, with his homework, while her husband Bob, cares for the home and Bob Jr. Into view next comes a handsome five star general of the Air Force, Dale Hartig. Dale is Commander-in-chief of the USAF Rubber Band Squadron with his headquarters at Snap Island, recently discovered by Dale. He married his Snap Island sweetheart, Stretchit, and they now live in a grass hut. Ah, here is Professor Gordon, home from Harvard for the holidays, on the Americus basketball court training his five sons for the A team this year. His gray hair and bald head prove that his five sons and three cheerleading daughters are quite a worry to him. Sailing the high seas, we now see Pat Sexton CT3, Wave of the United States Navy, in her Pirate Jet Super Speed motor boat. She has recently become engaged to her superior Capt. Douglas Lairbanks, Jr. They have buried all of their savings at the bottom of the sea and when they find them again, they will be married. As another fish moves and lets the light in, we see Mrs. Russel Pickett working at an underwear factory in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She works overtime to get enough clothes for her twins, Russel, Jr. and Russelett. She still tries to keep up the morale of the armed services by writing letters. Now Mr. Harmon is ready to start back to his 20-room mansion in New York City where he is reached the position of the editor of the New York Times. He still wishes for his Class help him get his paper out on time. 11

Class Poem Here’s a review of the members In the class of 51 Vi e will tell you about their talents, And what our class has done. First in line is Darlene Allen, Who is short, and very neat. A quiet, intelligent little girl. On Leslie she is really sweet. Next on our list of members, Is that DeWeese lad, Les. Although he tries to be a Romeo, He has met with no success. When someone mentions pep, We always think of Virginia Ann. A tall, glamorous, brunette, She’s sure to get her man. Down the hall comes Gary Jensen. Better known to us as “Goop”. A lover boy to Freshman girls, He is liable to end up with a scoop. (shovel that is) Well, here comes Barbara Goodell, Whose nicknames are many and varied. Another name may be added, For soon she will be married. ‘‘Better late than never” Is the motto for Charlie Bass. As slow as this fellow moves around, He will never find a lass. Now we meet Pat Sexton, A cute little girl; short and sweet, Her classmates will agree, Pat's I. Q. is hard to beat. All that is left are we two poets, Who have worked hard to write this verse, Although it’s poor, and doesn’t rhyme, We think it could have been much worse. The poems are poor, and don’t stick to style, Yet writing them has been fun. We hope that we have brought you, A little spirit of the class of '51. 13
