The toughest task is for our disputants to be boiling on the inside and cool on the outside, and looss-man Hogan knows how to extract this quality. The fostering of forensic dis- cussion, intercollegiate and intracollegiate debating, and, most important, the promotion of the New England Iunior Model Congress, are the goals of our debaters.
