Our scholastic achievements also helped strengthen our lead and by mid-year we had twice as many points as the second place house. The Trojans may also take to their credit the winning ofthe Food and Clothing Drive. lNith report cards, Field Day and Spring intramural sports ahead of us, however, we feel we are well on the way to our lirst house championship. VVC are especially indebted to our House sponsors for the assistance and encouragement which they have given us this year.

aww MISSY CLUB The Missy Club was created by a group of girls whose purpose was fun and companion- ship. It grew to include regular visits to needy orphanages in Athens, and a money drive in December for these places. We are proud of their accomplishments and sincerely hope they will serve to encourage other such groups to do the same in the future. President: Jackie Kidd Sec.-Treas-Rosie Farrar

The memories of past years at the American Academy are crowded with the rotting corpses of defeated Trojans and Spartants fbless themj left behind in the grand massacres by the glorious Athenians. This year, as usual, we will earn the most house points because of the superior intelle- ctual and physical development which so distinguishes us from our would-be opponents. But, have heart ye honorable Trojans and Spartansg there will always be next year. . .
