Suddenly the lights are dimmed and soft music begins to play: who should pirhouette across the room but Billie Lepsyck, prima brlllrrina. .Xliter her performance, amid storms of applause, Dr. Chris Yisher, Head of' the Iyledical Department of the Peace Corps, and conhrmed ladies' man comes forth to drink cham- pagne out of her slipper. Wfealthy president of the Space Suits Ltrl., Steve Austin, if telling a group how to win friends and to influence people, though none of them seems to have an inferiority complex, exactly. X'Vho's the little chick sitting on top of the piano? NfVhy, it's Bonnie Paul, female expert on military allaires who knows more about the Sixth Fleet than the Admiral. Musical Irene Siaperas is sharing a joke with lXlarina Poravas. and undoubtedly the two of them will be found at a stylish taverna later on tonight with a couple of eli- gible fzallifczzrin. And there's Rodney Rook, expert skin diver and world traveler who has been diving for the fabulous treasure olli the coast of Brazil. He playfiilly fishes a handful of pearls out of his pocket to show to George Regan, the tall and distinguished .Xustralian scientist. who does not seem to be awed. He pulls a formula out of his pocket and explains to Xlr. Rook that he can make pearls, so why go diving for them Q' Nick Stassinos is listening with his customary interest and sympathy to the tale of woe told by Dave Hughes, medico. about how it hurts the doctor's conscience to make such piles of money.
