The 1938-39 Student tlouncil was responsilile for the liringing and maintaining of an exvhangze student. This fn-at nas accomplished primarily from funds raised ln' this at-tiw group in their work with the daily pop corn sales in the cafeteria during the luneh period. the tax on the several parking lots and the annual Junior Indoor Championship Rodeo. This was the third year for the parking lots. which were rented to faculty and students at the rate of 52.00 per month. The Rodeo, held during the Ama- rillo Fat Stock Show. January 23-27, was one of the most successful in the history of the council. This year the profits and some of the lalmor was shared with and by the other two high schools in the city for the benefit of their student exchange programs.
