Versi THE ALUMNI ! The Varsity ond Alumni game is always one to be enjoyed. The varsity usually wins as it did this year but the alumni make it quite a ball game, especially during the last 5 minutes. In this first picture there seems to be quite a crowded condition of alumni members with the exception of Dale Tarbet, a varsity member. In the second picture, Cordell Brown prepares to chalk up two more points for the varsity against the will of No. ; 40 on the alumni team. The game is played during Homecoming. Versus HUTCHINSON Dale Tarbet, Robert Dixon, and No. 39 fight it out under the i basket to control the shot which No. 31 from Hutchinson is trying to make. Bobby Boyter stands under the basket hoping the ball will come his way. Robert Dixon and No. 39 try to control the rebound of Hut- chinson's basket. Lynn Hunt stands waiting for the ball | | to come down. Versus SAYRE JUNIOR COLLEGE( Cordell Brown, AC’s flashy guard, attempts to make a basket between two Sayre Yellowjackets. Cordell looks as if he might fall as he comes around No. 14 of the Yellowjackets. Coming in to help Cordell are Jim Proctor and Jerry Manning. As was found by many players who played against Cordell this year, unless you're pretty fast, he'll either run around you or run over you.
