Dear Senior: I Every year at graduation time older people seem to get an irresistible urge to give advice to the young, much of it is repetitious but all of it well intended. May we add our small bit? A lot of you soon Will be scattering to college and careers in new lo- cations. Travel is a good thing becauseit broadens the experience and stimulates the mind. Don't be afraid to travel. But take it from the oldest offspring of the Kaiser industrial family -- don't be afraid to come back and make Amador Valley your ultimate home. The younger kids in our family -- Aluminum, Steel, Cement, Jeep and the rest -- went all over the world and they gained a lot of stature. But we were the older brother who stayed home. The Valley, with all its splendor and all that good gravel, was just too good to leave. Once you get out and see a little of the map, we think you'll find as we did 43 years ago. The Valley is a fine place to stay and prosper. With best wishes for future success.
