Alvo High School's sixth annual homecoming was held November 9, 1956. The afternoon football game found the Alvo Orio- les winning handily over the Malcolm High School six man squad 63-0. Coronation ceremonies were held in the school gymnasium prior to the Home coming da nee. Mr. Hanway crowned the new king, Roger Gilmore, and the 1955 queen, Eleanor Gilmore, crowned the new queen, Rita Hermance.
