Drill Team Entertainsg Adds Enthusiasm, Spirit BE PRECISEU . . . Miss Julie Currier teaches Nancy Aschenbrener, vice-president, and Donna Schulz, president, proper arm posi- tion. 152 The Alverno Drill Team has per- formed at many school assemblies. Under the direction of Sister M. Helen and Miss Julie Currier, the girls added enthusiasm to the yearbook and candy drives. In February the drill team participated in the Pomona Catholic Drill Team Tournament.

The Highlanders, Won a trophy in 1965, and also did well in 1 966 in their games with Queen of Angels, Bishop Amat, Sacred Heart and Pomona Catholic.
