Since the 1966-67 school term, his first year as a faculty member at A.H.S., he has taught Jr. Hi h History, High School Geography and is presently teaching High School American History. In 5 addition, he has served all three years as Head Coach of the Alvarado Indian football team. In connection with his job as head coach, he sponsored the Aw Association in 1967. Coach Parker has given freely of his time and energy to lead the Indians to a 9-1-0 season record this year. For this and for his help and understanding to all students at A.H.S., we want to take this opportunity to say thanks.'7

Fo rewo rd We have come to the end of another school year at Alvarado and for some of us it is the last. Along with the closing of this school year comes the 69 WARRIOR. We have tried to include as many of the special events and activities as possible. There is a lot of work involved in gathering material to produce an annual. For many years there have been annual staff members causing interruptionsg therefore, on behalf of the staff, lwould like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their patience and co-operation. We would especially like to thank Miss Sayers for her guidance over the past month. This is it, the finished product 96 9 We have enjoyed putting it together, and we hope you have as much pleasure reading and looking through it.
