Wyrick i School Board A great deal of the success of the past few years of work in Alva Neal high school is undoubtedly due to the splendid administration on the part of each member of the school board. They have the 'spirit of progress and were chosen because they are known as men of keen vision and broad understanding. Indeed, Franklin citizens do not realize the amount of work expended by the school board, and the general public, along with the students and faculty owe a debt of gratitude for all the untiring services which have been thus rendered. CAMPBELL The schools of Franklin have enjoyed an unusually successful term during the past nine months. This marked showing has been tremendously influenced by the skillful and progressive leadership of Prof. A. C. Camp- bell, superintendent of the Franklin city school system. Ably assisted by capable principals in the various schools of the city, together with the hearty cooperation of the general teach- ing staff and the student groups, Mr. Camp- bell has completed during this school year a worthwhile educational program of which the Franklin community should be extreme- ly proud. l930
