CHANGE PERIOD Movement characterizes life during 1 967-68 Bulldog school year Change was the keynote of 1967-68. Students were welcomed to the scholastic year by a new principal, 55-minute class periods, and no homeroom. Other innovations included a new type grade report, formation of a student council, and addition of a vocational course for girls in commercial sewing. Change manifested itself in more than these tangibles — there were opportunities for making friendships, expressing new ideas, and pursuing particular goals. Each student, in his own manner, anticipated the novelty of the new year in light of personal expectations.
