Youth-A Great Constructive Force Youth represents the most con- structive force in society. Upon youth and their response to the fu- ture depends the preservation of our ideals of living. They are the citizens of tomorrow. , The Altoona High School and every other high school throughout our nation is in the spotlight, for it is our solemn responsibility to help our youth prepare for the place they rightfully will assume in the home and in the community. Our high school is dedicated to this task, and we are constantly seek- ing better educational techniques, better patterns of educational expe- rience that will prepare our students more effectively for the problems of everyday living. Our staff is well trained to assist our students in the maturing of per- sonality through a carefully con- trolled educational experience. We trust the Altoona High School has succeeded in making a deep and lasting impression upon each and every member of this splendid class. JOSEPH N. MADDOCKS Page Fourteen
