J. B. Johnson Mr. Johnson is the inspiring and tireless leader around Whom all our school life functions. l-le enjoys Working with students and strives daily to add to their interest and morale. His ollice is always open to any student who seeks counsel or advice, and no problem is too small to merit his attention. Being young, just thirty-nine years of age, he appreciates student problems and is willing to give his aid to any one who asks for it. During the short time that Mr. Johnson has been here, he has made remarkable progress in furthering the development of our school. As this is Mr. Johnsons first year as principal of Alton High School, we, the stud ts, want to welcome him and to wish him the greatest of continued success. JAMEs B.
