Forewor The Senior Class of 1940 has endeavored in this edition of THe NuNtTIus to present in an attractive manner our school life throughout the past session. It has been our purpose this year to pay special attention to the rapid progress that Altavista High School has made in the past few years. Far from the first and farther from the last, however serious or humorous, plain or elaborate, in your mind we sincerely hope that you will enjoy each page of this annual as much as we enjoyed writing it.
