When you, our people,have been asked for money, you have given generously through financial depression, as well as in periods of prosperity. When you have been asked to give time and effort, your response has been gratifying. Our athletic teams have not always had winning seasons, but you have attended games and shown the kind of school spirit every school needs. Yes, you have supported us in numerous ways. We - the members of the annual staff, the faculty, and the students of the Altamahaw Ossipee School - take pride in dedicating this, the 1954 edition of THE TOMAHAWK to the Altamahaw Ossipee School Community, its institutions, and its people.
