Ben Valerio Honor Students, otherwise known as the “bio’s”, are those who either are amazingly intelli- gent or really know how to bribe a teacher. Trying to mix academ- ics into already busy schedules requires much effort for these students. The Honor Society, an organization for Juniors and Sen- iors offers recognition for stu- dents with 3.7 GPA’s and above. Activities and service projects were among the events of the so- ciety. 166 190 194 FRESHMEN FACULTY CLUB MUGS Over 800 strong, Utah’s lar- gest and Alta’s last freshmen class get into the swing of high school life. Frosh portraits are pictured here along with thoughts on elementary school days and the new hall monitors. With the tremendous num- ber of students, it takes many of employees to run the school. The teachers, adminis- trators, and counselors all worked to educate and pre- pare us for the future. Support services of secretaries, aides, custodians, and lunchworkers made daily life a little more comfortable, tasty, and clean. This is not the most scenic section of the book, but if you are in a club, your mug is here. Approximately 30 organiza- tions all smiled for the camera.
