NO RESPECT! Today’s students tend to be rather forward. Teachers, adminis- trators and especially the lunch ladies are forced to listen to rude comments. Some have little re- spect for the work involved in feeding 2500 students every day for only 80C. These phrases drive the lunch ladies crazy . . . Oo, is that dog meat?” Where's the beef? Give me everything you have. It’s the only food I get all day.” How much did they pay you to wear those aprons?” Yuck, oo, gross!” You want me to starve to death? Some students ask for preferen- tial treatment . . . Pretty please. I won’t tell anybody. and upon be ing told no . . . “Why can’t I?” And what about the secre- taries? These things really bother them . . . Gross!” Awesome!” Sucks!” Stick it to ya!” And then of course there are those things that students don’t say like please and thank Sherle Campbell Secretary Diane Brown Lunch Worker Erika Fiedel Lunch Worker Traci Fitzgerald Attendance Secretary Diane Forsey Secretary Vicky Hansen Custodian Pat Jex Secretary Lorraine Johansen Lunch Worker Sue Judd Secretary Mary Miller Aide Norene Millerberg Secretary LaRae Naylor Aide Doris Neff Lunch Worker Faculty 77
