Strong-willed Grapplers Make Sacrifices To Win mentally tough. In addition to all of the extra time spent on the sport, the wrestlers must do well academically and keep their grades up. The wrestlers practiced two and a half hours a day in a small room in which the tem- perature reached well over one hundred degrees. At practices. Fighting for a takedown.
