The new building was to become the home of the FOCUS program, an al- ternative educational program lo- cated on campus. Due to typical construction timetables and delays, the building was not ready to occu- py at the beginning of the school year. FOCUS students made their temporary home in the Foreign Lan- guage Pod for about six weeks waiting for lighting and heating to be installed in the building. Finally, the first of October.
