Activities . . . To further the appreciation and enjoyment of life there are various activities which round out and build better characters. Democratic living can be assisted greatly by the cooperation and responsibility which the clubs and other activities require and any student may become affiliated with one or more of these organizations. These activities prepare the pupil for community responsibility and strive to promote greater develop- ment of character, appreciation of life, and self-contidence. They also teach the social responsibility which is necessary in this World to get along with other people.
