Working and Solving Mathematical Problems Barbara Lawrence, Bob Turechek, and Pat Bentley do not find an income tax report much easier than algebra or trig. Mathematical problems are good brain food; they challenge our imagination and strengthen our reasoning ability. Our curriculum has a variety of math courses from which to choose. General math, algebra, advanced algebra, geometry and trigonometry are all offered and two years of math is required for graduation. Louis Dose shows his fellow classmates the graph of a second degree equation. 10
