The seventh and eighth grades occupy ulie sane home room but our classes are almost entirely separate, having organized as distinct groups. The boys have organized a basketball team this ye r and while they h'-ven’t been too successful as yet, their playing with rarger schools shows oronise for tlie future years. Three of our boys, '.'illisa Plue, aul Cole, and Donald ye are already regular members of the Junior Varsity basketball team. Our social activities have been pretty much limited to high school participation except for a few, such as our Christmas and Valentine parties whic‘ ere held in our home room. Money making projects (having been left largely to t:.e high scnool classes) -ere limited to such an extent that candy sales at tne enior lay and at a few basketball games, along with dues paid weekly, have been our only source of revenue, out ve hooe to end the year with a good treasury balance for each grade.
