One fine day, as Father Worrell was leaving the chapel, one Pre-schooler asked, VVhere's God going now? W Lt 2 if I Ann have I 28 X Religion You can see a gleam in Father Bob's eyes as he throws another snapping turtles joke into the congregation. ...theybite. . . .. My first question was: l-low do you know when you're called to be a priest- Well, one feels from the start that one should do work for the church. lt's just that sometimes you don't want to listen to what God is telling you, Father Bob answered. At first Father thought he wanted to be an eye doctor. l-le knew he had a vision, but he hadn't quite understood, yet. Next Father Bob heard Music ln The Air, and changed his college major to music. Perhaps the music he was really hearing was from heaven . . . because finally, after collecting a few degrees, Father Bob went on to seminary. Today. . . BEl-IOLD . . .A Cl-lAPLAlN IS BORN! Father Bob attended a seminary school in California and graduated in 1985. l-le was now ready for his career as a priest. Father Bob knew he wanted to be a teacher, and in 1984 he was placed at All Saints' to do an internship. After Father Worrell retired he was asked to take the job. l-le smiles as he says, l'lt was the toughest decision lever made. The main idea in Fleligion is to make the students realize God. If everyone knew about God the world would be a better place. Next I asked, But what about Deacon Schmidt? She is currently working on another Masters at T.C.U., in Art l-listory. Beyond that, she has some writings she'd like to have published
