W m 'm1u.,., Wx 26 f Library The library at our school is used for more then just the storage of books. lt is also used as a nurse's station for all those people with headaches, the sickies , nose bleeds, cuts, bruises, and all other aches and pains. Teachers also use it for a place to hang out and grade papers and for students it's a place to find all the book report books. Preschoolers think of it as a Mystery of the Big School . They see the story teller and other things there when they come to visit. First graders have their story time once a week and other grades use it to show movies. Mrs. Baker is always trying to make the library a comfortable place for the students who enjoy to read and all the others as well. She has art shows, guest authors, meetings, Scarbooker Faire , medical records, and just about everything else. She assists all students looking for all those authors whose names we can't pronounce and a lot that we can. To some students the library is a mystery because the books are impossible to find, but after the computerized card file is done that will no longer be a problem. Mrs. Baker keeps getting more books and assistants are trying to file all the new ones and the old ones as well. Let's hope that the collection of new as well as old books continues to grow. ws

At first Father thought he wanted to be an eye doctor. l-le knew he had a vision, but he hadn't quite understood, yet. Next Father Bob heard Music ln The Air, and changed his college major to music. Perhaps the music he was really hearing was from heaven . . . because finally, after collecting a few degrees, Father Bob went on to seminary. Today. . . BEl-IOLD . . .A Cl-lAPLAlN IS BORN! Father Bob attended a seminary school in California and graduated in 1985. l-le was now ready for his career as a priest. Father Bob knew he wanted to be a teacher, and in 1984 he was placed at All Saints' to do an internship. After Father Worrell retired he was asked to take the job. l-le smiles as he says, l'lt was the toughest decision lever made. The main idea in Fleligion is to make the students realize God. If everyone knew about God the world would be a better place. Next I asked, But what about Deacon Schmidt? She is currently working on another Masters at T.C.U., in Art l-listory. Beyond that, she has some writings she'd like to have published
